selection of meats autochthonous, as well as other dishes that can be accompanied by the best wines of the country. With Javier Brichetto in charge of the kitchen, his restaurant in Legazpi hosted the presentation of this culinary experience of which they are also a part.

chimichurri Andino from Casa Jaguar or the Patagonian shrimp skewer on seaweed from Metro Bistró are some of the best culinary representatives of Argentina that we can enjoy without leaving Madrid.

caramel sauce with caramelized sugar from Pani Bistró are other dishes and restaurants that are part of “Como en Buenos Aires”, which also includes Tita de Buenos Aires and its seven empanada shops.
Proposals for all tastes
Each of the 33 restaurants that have joined the initiative has designed a menu or created a fixed-price promotion that aims to bring lovers of good gastronomy closer to restaurants. Thus, for example, in the Bar de Carnes (by Bistec) in Pozuelo de Alarcón we can enjoy an Argentine empanada, a
chorizo steak and homemade dulce de leche pancakes for 25 euros.
The América 2 pastry shops, located on Eloy Gonzalo and Menéndez Pelayo avenue, have included two
crumb sandwiches to choose, two empanadas to choose and an alfajor. And at Manteca Burgers the proposal includes an Argentine-style hamburger with drink, fries and dessert for 20 euros.

breaded accompanied by a Quilmes for 20 euros at Mama Rosa on Calle Labrador are other excellent options to delve into Argentine gastronomy from June 5 to 9.
Pipe Empanadas Argentinas from Alcobendas and the Bistec Boutique from Boadilla del Monte and Pozuelo de Alarcón are three of the
restaurants from outside the capital who have also joined the initiative with discounts and special prices.
